British Council’s Young Creative Entrepreneur of the year, 2010, Aishwarya Natarajan, has spent her childhood in eclectic music circles, and understands the nuances of sound and music as much as the intricacies of the business. A student of classical music herself, she brings her 22 plus years of training in music and learnings as a student of management, to the world of brands and music. With over 12 years of experience in the industry working with leading record labels such as Music Today (The India Today Group) and HMV Saregama, Aishwarya has a flair for curation, managing talent and brand development.

Several of her productions and collaborative projects have seen International stages and created worldwide footprint for Indian artists. Her wisdom and insights are sought after by both artists and members of industry.
